The holiday resort of Ca'n Picafort is built along a good size sandy beach and is a quiet resort with a promenade and a small harbour lined with cafes and cheap bars.

The entertainment in C'an Picafort is low key and this is an ideal cheap holiday resort for families. The transfer time from Palma airport to C'an Picafort is approximately 90 minutes by coach.

The beach in C'an Picafort is 1.5 km of fine white sand, backed by a pedestrianised promenade which runs past the marina and around to the resorts second beach in the Son Baulo area. The sea in C'an Picafort is not as shallow as the other resorts along the Alcudia Bay and on windy days the waves may not be suitable for smaller children.

The unspoilt Es Comu beach is situated between C'an Picafort and Playa de Muro, it's backed by sandy dunes and has no facilities making it a much quieter option than the stretch along C'an Picafort. This beach is 1.5 km in length and 10-metres wide, the nearest restaurant can be found at either of the neighbouring resorts.

Things to do on Holiday in C'an Picafort:

The S'Albufera Nature Park is found on the outskirts of C'an Picafort and is a must for nature lovers. The park extends over an area of 2,580 hectares, throughout you will find paths to explore dotted with hides where you can spot birds at your leisure whilst on holiday in C'an Picafort.

A short walk from the Son Baulo beach in C'an Picafort is the ancient burial ground of Son Real Necropolis, known as the Cemetery of the Phoenicians.

Alcudia is situated just a few kilometres away from C'an Picafort and has plenty of attractions for all to enjoy, families in particular will love the Hidropark which offers pools, waterslides, mini-golf and much more, there is also the Laberinth Maze and a large karting track.
