Eating out on Holiday in Malta
Maltese cuisine has strong English and Sicilian influences to it as well as a typical Mediterranean feel. The national dish of Malta is Fenkata, stewed rabbit. This is a well known dish eaten by most locals. The food in Malta is rustic and based on the seasonal locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as what is caught from the sea.
