About the hotel
This elegant hotel is located directly beside the hotel's private fine sand beach on the Corso Umberto that lies beside wonderful Lake Maggiore within 200 m of the resort centre. It is an ideal starting point for taking advantage of Stresa's exciting range of cultural activities available in the near surrounds. Lake Maggiore is surrounded by wonderful gardens and fabulous views may be enjoyed out over the lake as well as over the Borromean Islands and the mountain range on the other side from the hotel. A diverse selection of boutiques, shops, souvenir shops and villas are to be found in this popular town that also offers an appealing range of day trip destinations. Particularly worth a visit is the congress palace and Alpinia botanical gardens as well as the cities of Milan and Turin that are to be found within just a short distance of the hotel.
