About the hotel
The hotel is situated at the gateway to Siena, under the well-preserved walls of Monteriggioni, in the heart of historic Tuscany. Florence is just a 50-minute drive away. The hotel itself is set in a 17th century palazzo, restored and modernised into 6 structures, which all blend in perfectly with the 12 acres of Tuscan parkland in which they are located. Guests can select from a total of 73 guestrooms, each featuring views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. Each room is individually furnished and has its own special characteristics, such as large rustic fireplaces, original palazzo doors, frescoes, gallery bedrooms and Tuscan 4-poster beds. The hotel's congress centre is equipped with a language laboratory, along with all the latest in conferencing technology, including a wireless Internet connection, making this establishment a much preferred venue for business functions.
