This charming hotel is situated directly beside the Basilica of St Maria de Macarena and was built in a small palace which, according to legend, was where the king of Seville hid from his father because of his love for the washerwoman Rumaykiyya. The nearest public transport stop is located in front of the hotel, whilst a range of restaurants, bars, pubs, and nightclubs can be found within 500 m, and the nearest shops are around 3.5 km away. Seville airport is 13 km from the hotel.

Description

Constructed in 1863 and renovated in 2004, the hotel comprises a main building with three floors and an annexe with one floor, offering a total of 15 rooms of which one is disability-friendly. The building is fully air-conditioned and promises guests a pleasant stay. Facilities on offer include a welcoming foyer with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts, as well as a café, a bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant. There is a conference room and a public Internet terminal available, and the room and laundry services and medical facilities round up the offerings. There is a bicycle storage room within the hotel and on-site parking spaces and a garage for those arriving by car.

The pleasant, wheelchair-accessible rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with shower, bath, and hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a TV, and an Internet connection. A king size bed, adjustable air-conditioning and heating, a hire safe, and a balcony or terrace are all included in each room as standard.
