Laze on the lido. Next to the harbour in Los Gigantes is the lido, El Laguillo, which is a lagoon style pool with wide sun terraces and also has a small natural rock pool in the sea. Just above the El Laguillo, in Los Gigantes is the Oasis Club which has pools for adults and children surrounded by lawned gardens with a bowling green. From the harbour in Los Gigantes you can take cheap pleasure cruises and fishing trips or the popular dolphin and whale watching trips. The clear waters around Los Gigantes are also popular for snorkelling and scuba diving trips and there is a PADI diving centre just by the Los Gigantes harbour.

A popular trip whilst on holiday to Los Gigantes is to take a bus or tour to the mountain village of Masca and then walk down the valley to Masca Beach. This scenic walk takes approx 3 hours and from the beach you can get a boat or water taxi back to hotel in Los Gigantes.

Head into the Teide National Park. On a holiday to Los Gigantes you don't have to go far, Chio (12km) is just 20 minutes drive from Los Gigantes and has a large picnic area set in the pine forests with fantastic views of Mount Teide.

Again with the bars in Los Gigantes there is a full choice from wine bars and live music to sports bars, cheap irish bars and karaoke bars.

Los Gigantes has a sports and leisure complex with mini golf, tennis courts, a bowling green and an outdoor pool.

Whilst on your holiday to Los Gigantes you can walk along the coastal path into the neighbouring fishing village of Puerto Santiago. Along the way you will discover the rock pools of Crab Island and on arrival you will find some traditional cheap Canarian restaurants.

Whilst on holiday in Los Gigantes you may wish to discover the holiday resort of Playa de La Arena, which is approx 3km from Los Gigantes, it offers an excellent blue flag sandy beach idea for family holidays. Holiday nightlife is slightly livelier there than on a holiday to Los Gigantes.
